The Lopsided Christmas Cake by Wanda Brunstetter and Jean Brunstetter (Review by Cathy)

the lopsided Christmas cake

I was a little surprised to discover that the 30 something year old twins in this story were both single which was unusual to me, but made the storyline that much more entertaining.

Elma and Thelma are quite amusing to say the least and the situations they find themselves in are equally amusing.

This is a story of strong family ties and the great lengths the sisters go to to show there love and support of each other and to make a new and exciting start in their new community.

I enjoyed getting to know the Hostettleter twins and the friends they meet, especially Joseph and Delbert.
I’m hoping that this will be the beginning of a new series as I’d like to know what’s in store for the lovable characters.

A fast and easy read that will definitely get you in the Christmas spirit.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher for an honest review.
